Our eCom Department at the Taiwan office in New Taipei is looking immediately for a highly motivated

 

 

      Own eCom officer/Supervisor (f/m) (working 100%)

 

 Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of Own eCom strategy and plan to drive top-line growth and bottom-line profitability.
  • Operational accountability for Own eCom business (inventory, merchandising, operations, communication, service) and review efficiency of working practices to drive margin, sell thru and scalability.
  • Maintain awareness of competitor activity and develop initiatives to improve offering and experience.
  • Implement ways to boost full price regular product sales during sale periods.
  • Collaborate with marketing function for content creation management and traffic activation program as to amplify the reach and increase conversion-oriented traffic.
  • Ensure that timing and information of product uploading for sales correspond with scheduled events and promotions.
  • Assist to liaise regularly with Buyers and Merchandising team for updates impacting Own eCom operations.
  • Establish strong relationships with internal departments and external contacts, and promote cross-channel and cross functional collaboration to ensure an efficient operation and to deliver sales target.

Job Requirements: 

  • University graduate or above with degree in business, statistics, information system, or similar discipline.
  • At least 3 years work experiences including 1- 2 years of relevant work experience in E-Commerce, data analysis, or Key Account Management
  • Agile, flexible, and excellent interpersonal skills with strong adaptability in a dynamic and changing environment.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, strong execution, creative and able to learn fast & prioritize.
  • Be able to work under pressure, manage multiple deadlines, fast paced, collaborate with virtual teams and cross functionally communication.
  • High degree of self-motivation and problem solving.
  • Passion for ecommerce & digital trends.
  • Innovative and creative thinker
  • High energy and entrepreneurially focused
