Our Brand Marketing Department in Tokyo, Japan office is looking immediately for a highly motivated

 

 

                                                                                    Senior Brand Marketing Manager (Triumph and sloggi)

 

Triumph is a world leader in Intimate Apparel. Across Japan, Triumph is a key supplier to GMS, Department Stores, Retail stores, outlet stores and eCommerce, and has growing DTC strategy.

 

What you will be doing:

  • The Senior Brand Marketing Manager will develop and deliver the key brand retail tools and brand assets in order to drive sell-out and brand equity
  • Establish and update a consumer journey for each brand in IMC planning and lead 360-degree marketing
  • Jointly establish and foster a collaborative, inspiring and energetic leadership style that promotes initiative and entrepreneurial thinking
  • Create and maintain powerful cross-functional relationships with the Digital Marketing, Brand PR, CRM and Consumer Engagement teams allowing for a collaborative approach to the execution of the Marketing Plans and joint accountability to a central plan
  • Support an annual budget planning process
  • Support for medium- to long-term marketing planning
  • Fully manage the Advertising & Promotion budget in each Brand

Marketing Strategy-to-Consumer

  • Develop Japan planned brand marketing concept/strategy which provides the consistent brand experience of each brand via translate situation analysis, brand equity study, media and consumer trends to actionable insights that contribute to the localization of the global marketing strategy
  • Drive and lead internal cross-functional teams and external agencies to develop regional marketing campaigns. Develop the planning process aligned against the business KPI and the functional KPI
  • Collaborate with the other key function teams including Global Marketing teams to ensure that we are consistently delivering against the Service Leader proposition via efficient processes, effective campaigns and engaging and inspiring shopping experiences linked across all touchpoints for our consumers

Channel Marketing Strategy-to-Floor

  • Drive long-term, strategic and tactical marketing activities to all sales channels, covering sell-in and sell-through concepts, which are delivered as a result of using great consumer insights to develop engaging plans
  • Develop impactful and efficient Marketing programs and tools to improve the brand presence and perception at the point of sale in the Japan Market

Store Visual Merchandising Strategy-to-Floor

  • Lead the implementation of in-store communication activities (BLT) to ensure consistency of the Global brand image in relation to the visual guidelines at Retail and Wholesale
  • Delivers in close collaboration with Retail Teams, store design and shopping experience strategies and content which is aligned with the Global Brand Vision inclusive but not exclusive of store fit, fixtures, VM principles, display and navigation systems etc.

CRM and Consumer Engagement

  • Develop and implement consumer-focused programs and techniques for Fashion Advisors to positively impact the consumer shopping behavior/experience during key campaigns and selling periods
  • Work with your CRM team to drive the consumer brand experience
  • Utilize exceptional understanding of the innerwear and Marketing business units to provide insights and deliver competitive advantages and economies of scale for each Brand Marketing
  • Lead IMC Planning: Make full use of consumer data inside and outside the company to formulate a communication strategy that resonates with consumers, and plan and implement a communication plan in line with it

 

Your ideal profile:

  • 8 years+ of  brand marketing experience
  • 4 years+ team management/leadership experience in a large market   
  • Cross-Functional expertise in Brand Marketing management and leadership to make alignment
  • Experience with strategies & concept development, media strategies development, media-neutral planning, integrated brand marketing planning, media setting KPIs and tracking ROIs.
  • Experience in the beauty/ innerwear/ apparel business is a bonus
  • Bachelor's level in Marketing, Social Sciences, Information Management, Business or other relevant disciplines
  • Fluent business language skills in Japanese and English
