Our Finance Department located at the office in Beit Shemesh, near Jerusalem (Israel) is looking for a highly motivated 

 

                                            Financial Controller (f/m) (100%)

The purpose of the role is to protect income and profit by tight controlling over sales discounts, pricing and inventory, to manage local profitability analysis and general process controlling in order to improve efficiency and decision making as well as ensuring calculation bonus accruals, sales for premium and supporting sales target setting.               

 Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Sales discounts and prices controlling
  • Stock differences controlling
  • Performing local management reporting, profit analysis, ROI calculations and business plans supporting
  • Proactively identify areas for processes improvement
  • Monthly calculation of sales for premium (sales reps ,sales ladies and warehouse) and supporting sales target setting
  • Monthly customers' bonuses accruals calculation and posting.
  • Handling insurances issues : local credit insurance, local car insurances, PDBI value calculation

Your ideal profile:

  • University degree in Economics or comparable field
  • 5 – 10 years of experience in a similar position
  • CPA or B.A in Economics with proven knowledge of accounting
  • Experience in improving processes and efficiency in the business
  • High analytical ability and macro perspective
  • Fluency in English & Hebrew
  • Advanced MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Very good analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with tight timelines and multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
