                                                                   FP&A Analyst

Purpose of the Job:

The role is responsible to provide accurate management reports for business decision and discussion with in-depth analysis and findings. In addition, the role is responsible to provide accurate management reports for business decision and discussion with in-depth analysis and findings. And also responsible for ad-hoc report when it is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

  • Prepare monthly turn-over report: actual and rolling forecast sales/SPC/COGS by channel by brand by legal entity
  • Prepare monthly Inventory provision for both actual and forecast
  • Prepare wholesales trader term review, forecast and analysis report
  • Retrieve monthly SAP reports and prepare management reports with findings/comments
  • Work with Accenture team to ensure on time and accurate delivery of reports
  • Consolidate legal view P&L of BU commercial and supply chain
  • Co-operate to prepare reports: China Financial view, Detail PNL, EC by platform, and etc
  • Ad hoc projects assigned

Financial Analysis:

  • Review/Prepare Sales master data report, SPC/ COGS, Inventory provision, GMV to NGMV and Stock clearance
  • Review/Prepare Sales Tracking by door
  • Prepare topline annual budget and rolling forecast
  • Ad-hoc analysis

Performance Measurement:

  • Achieve annual targets and KPI
  • On time in full submission of external and internal reports with good quality
  • Recognition within finance organization and cross functions          

Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor degree, majored in finance or accounting
  • 2-3 year FP&A experience with retail or FMCG preferred; welcome fresh graduates to apply for the role; or if you have good IT processing background who wants to transfer to FP&A, it is also welcome
  • Multinational company experience preferred
  • Strong responsible attitude, able to follow deadline and result orientated
  • Individual contributor
  • Good team player and have ability to work with others
  • Advance excel usage and good command of PPT
