Our Product Engineering Department in Vietnam is looking immediately for a highly motivated
Pattern Technician
To develop patterns (proto> finalization) within cost, delivery and quality of fit targets defined
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Pattern grading based on input and in accordance to deadline
- Advise suitable construction and solve fitting and workmanship problems
- Interact with sewing room, relevant departments and production centers
- Prepare documents and patterns for samples sewing
- Fit process: following up styles development according to critical deadlines until styles ready for production
- Interact with sewing room and production centers to solve workmanship problems and ensure constructions are workable for production
Your ideal profile:
- 5 years Pattern Experience, Minimum 3 years in Lingerie pattern.
- good command of English (written and spoken)
- IT proficiency – MS Ofiice, Gerber/Lectra, PLM
- Team player with great communication skills.
