Our Shared Service Center (SSC) Finance team is looking immediately for a highly motivated

                                                   GLOBAL PROCESS EXPERT - RTR (f/m) (100%) 

As the internal Shared Service Center (SSC) Finance team, we are driving standardization and process improvement in Triumph. We are also managing the processes involving the accounting service delivery from our outsourcing partner in India and China (BPO).

After the post-transition stabilization period, we are currently reshaping the RTR setup and are undergoing major Month-End Close process change.

We are searching for a person to support process analysis, redesign, and implementation, in record to report area, including: general ledger, fixed assets, intercompany and consolidation. Project and change management are also integral part of the role.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As the Global Process Expert Record to Report you will be able to participate in the end-to-end change delivery – from the idea and design, through the planning, testing, and implementation to stabilization. This includes, but is not limited to the following key aspects:

  • Process analysis and design:
    • analysis of current processes within the RTR area to identify the improvement opportunities; deep dive into the systems to identify and eliminate the process or technology bottlenecks.
    • Together with the GPO, redesign the global RTR processes.
  • Process implementation and project management:
    • As the projects move from design to implementation, GPE will be involved in the project management to deliver, the solutions on a global scale.
    • We work together with IT, and internal and external finance community to deliver the process and system improvements.
    • As we act on a global scale with multiple both internal and with the outsourcing partner, change management plays a vital role.
  • Service delivery supervision:
    • At Triumph’s SSC Finance we do not provide operational services. However, we are overlooking the delivery of service provided by the BPO. It involves assisting in issue escalations, providing trainings or process reviews.
    • You will also have a chance to improve the measurements of the service quality.

Your ideal profile:

  • 5+ years working track in SSC or a BPO, in the General Ledger area.
  • A minimum of 10 years of accounting or finance experience, including at least five years with SSC or BPO exposure.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business/Accounting/Finance/Economics, ideally with an additional accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA).
  • Significant experience in process analysis and process improvement is required.
  • SAP expertise required, other ERP systems knowledge would be beneficial.
  • Extensive restructuring/ transformation/ change knowledge.
  • Project management and process improvement qualifications will be beneficial.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication skills in English as our corporate language, Polish is a plus.
  • Excellent MS Excel skills.
  • Ability for limited, project-related and global travel
  • Ability to work proactively, independently as part of the virtual team.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with the stakeholders at various levels: from accounting clerk to management.
  • Quick, analytical thinker.

The position could be managed almost fully remotely.
