Our Sales Department at the Chongqing city in Chongqing China is looking immediately for a highly motivated



                                                            Sales Executive (f/m) (working 100%)


According to the company business policy, assist sales manager to formulate  business plan and business development goals. Be responsible for the city to reach annual sales and profit targets.

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Strategy and Operations:

  • Performance management: Under the brand concept and policy related of the company , strength the brand promotion, promote the sales, improve the market sales and brand reputation.
  • Clients relationship cooperation: To maintain and cooperate the mutual benefit and create the win-win cooperation with clients and department stores, to promote the harmonious with each other, achieve better cooperation ,provide better sales platform.
  • People management: Arrange and cooperate the working time and breakdown of SA, help SA solve the actual problem.
  • Product management: Executive the product management policy ,make the work deployment actively,make fully use of good resource.
  • Team building: motivate the work enthusiasm of SA, Training work coordination and communication skills, make the team be unified and aggressive.(
  • Goods training: FAB Training to SA in time and exam in both written and field way.
  • Counters displaying: Supervise the cleanliness of counters; check the display of the counters according to the principles of company.
  • Information feedback: Collect the competitors' information and give the feedback to company.
  • Sales training: assist the training consultant for the sales skill training, inspect the sales result on-field and give specific guidance.
  • Objection handling: supervise SA to handle the guests’ complaints.
  • Others: Follow the report forms of SA, customer’s information and others.
  • Performance Measurement: Put information or “Will be subject to predefined KPIs according to performance management concept” .             

Your ideal profile:

  • 5 years working experience in related scale or equal status brand company.
