Our Finance Department in Warsaw (Poland) is looking immediately to hire a maternity cover for a position of:

                        French speaking Accounts Receivable Specialist

The position is full time, and we offer fixed term contract of approximately 1 year. We are open for candidates based anywhere in Poland as the job can be done fully remotely.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Conducting collections activities and resolving payments issues with Triumph’s Clients in France
  • Ensuring customer accounts are well maintained and reconciled
  • Cooperating with external BPO on account reconciliation
  • Review and release of blocked sales orders
  • Supporting business with reporting analysis on customer’s accounts

Your ideal profile:

  • First professional working experience in similar role or in customer service area (order management/claims)
  • Fluent level of French skills in writing and speaking – an absolute must have
  • Good level of English – is a must
  • Polish skills – a nice to have
  • Experience in using SAP – a nice to have
  • Usage of Ms Excel for reporting
