Our POS and Real Estate Department in Warsaw (Poland) is looking immediately for a highly motivated

                             Store Development Project Manager East (f/m) (working 100 %)

The purpose of the job is to manage all store development activities within specific parts of Eastern Europe, in alignment of global guidelines and processes, based on local requirements, supporting the Senior Store Development Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Align and support local sales force to ensure implementation of projects and other store development activities are within budget, time, and quality
  • Collect technical data and provides project briefings, including relevant data regarding local regulations and operational requirements for Point of Sales (POS) project development, including timing and preliminary cost estimations
  • Manage and coordinate Point of Sales Maintenance activities
  • Execute site surveys and develops drawings for the central planning team
  • Under Senior Store Development Manager supervision and approval, plan projects according to technical and commercial requirements
  • Coordinate the POs project with the local teams and supervises the external local external project manager and/or architects
  • Support the EAST team with technical info, cost estimations, maintenance topics and provided required data for RBP process
  • Coordinate and supervise on site the work progress for POS implementation and share regular feedbacks
  • Monitor the budget of each POS implementation. Ensure that the tracking tools for investment and project status is always correctly and up to date
  • Report on a weekly basis the financial status of the projects to Senior Store Development Manager

 Your ideal profile:

  • Architecture or Technical Degree – must have
  • 5-7 years’ experience project management from briefing, to creating projects in ARCHICAD, budget management, checking onsite works progress
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Great stakeholder’s management
  • Expert in using ARCHICAD 
  • Autonomous, independent      
  • Solution oriented         
  • Fluency in English, Hungarian is highly valued
  • Mobility (regular travelling required)      
  • Driving license required
