Our IT Department at the Kowloon Bay in Hong Kong is looking immediately for a highly motivated
IT Project Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify and derive requirements for IT from new trends and new business modelsin close collaboration with the business colleagues
- Derive requirements and required capabilities for Triumph and Triumph’s IT landscape
- Responsible for IT projects within Triumph across entire value chain
- Responsible for execution of IT projects and changes according to outsourced delivery model
- Drive optimization of existing (business) solutions through innovations, new technology platforms, creative solutions
- Responsible for administration of all documentation & maintenance of project management deliverables
- Liaise and collaborate with IT departments to ensure that the activities, issues, and risks are tracked and escalated
- Ensure compliance, diligence, and high performance in day-to-day project management (high quality of results, risk tracking, seamless documentation)
- Ensures that all required information is available for the Global Management Board
Your ideal profile:
- 5+ years of project experience
- Proven (international) project management skills*
- Provider management/project management with significant external service provisioning
- Strong track record of on-time, on-budget, and to-specification delivery of projects
- IT Demand management and stakeholder management experience ideally in an international context
- Working in a dotted line organization as a plus
- Master/bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, finance, economics, IT or equivalent
- Excellent MS Office skills
