For our Creative Design department in our headquarters in Switzerland, we are looking for a 

 

                                                       Creative Concept Assistant Designer (f/m)

                                                                         (100% working time)

 

To support the creation of product designs, as part of an international design team in line with the global creative vision, seasonal trends and our design DNA principles.

 

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • With the guidance of the Creative Designer:  design and develop creative solutions to concepts within the assigned category or project
  • Assist the Creative Designer to deliver clear creative and commercial product designs by researching & collecting relevant new trend information and providing competitor analysis through regular market visits, which will support the Designer to ensure we are driving incremental growth opportunities via consumer and distribution segments and consistently set the benchmark in terms of innovation on a global level
  • Support the Creative Designer to effectively collaborate with Product Development by assisting in the creation of the product design tech packs & data transfer on PLM
  • Ensure efficient process and communication flow between design, brand management, and development team for all issues regarding the designed ranges and products
  • A clear understanding of the Creative Design strategy and guiding principles of the Business Unit, to follow in the product design research in order to deliver one cohesive Creative Design proposition across color, fabric, trim and style
  • Present design ideas in context to the category direction, design DNA, distribution channel & target price
  • Maintain personal skills, in line with the benchmark for the global Creative Design Organization across our Core Competencies of trend, color, design, fit understanding principles which engage the broader organization
  • Manage our internal fabric, color and sample library
  • Utilize exceptional understanding of clothing to provide insights and deliver competitive advantages and economies of scale for Creative Design
  • Jointly establish and foster a collaborative, inspiring and energetic teamworking style amongst colleagues that promote initiative and entrepreneurial thinking in line with the corporate shared values of honesty and trust

 

Your ideal profile:

  • 2 years+ experience in the Intimate/Apparel/Fashion Industry
  • Trend Researching experience
  • Functional expertise in Creative Design & good knowledge of materials & workmanships
  • Technical design sketching skills
  • High level of Adobe Illustrator skills & Photoshop skills
  • Experience on PLM systems
  • Fashion/Lingerie/Textile Design to degree level +
  • English essential / other language +
  • High drive & result orientated
  • Exceptional consumer and competitor understanding
  • Ability to inspire via strong communication skills
  • Able to travel frequently
