             Our Marketing Department in Kowloon Bay, Hong Kong is looking for a highly motivated


                                                   Assistant Membership Brand Partner Manager


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for development, execution, and continuous refinement of Brand Partnerships and product collaborations for Triumph and Sloggi brands.
  • Develop and execute programme roadmaps to drive a strong emotional connection with the brand and to maximise customer lifetime value.
  • A strong focus on the loyalty and retention marketing strategies
  • Driving membership initiatives and overseeing execution of implementation
  • Analyzing data to inform business development and campaigns, working with the support of an analytics manager and/or agency
  • Partnering with different stakeholders to keep them informed about upcoming partnerships and collaborations
  • Develop the relevant marketing communication for partnerships and collaborations
  • Continuously develop and drive omnichannel Marketing positioning values across the region.
  • Utilize exceptional understanding of the female clothing, membership strategies to provide insights and deliver competitive advantages for Triumph and Sloggi
  • Jointly establish and foster a collaborative, inspiring and energetic leadership style that promotes initiative and entrepreneurial thinking in line with the corporate shared values of honesty and trust
  • Drive and develop the necessary skills needed, which deliver to the company a Best in Class Omnichannel Marketing function to maximise customer lifetime value.
  • Fully manage the membership budget in the region to ensure efficient allocation of funds across countries in line with the country by country sales development outlook, and provide budget spending allocation on country level across consumer touchpoint.


Your ideal profile:

  • 5 years+ experience
  • 3 years+ in membership or brand partnership roles
  • Proven track record in Retail or FMCG delivering marketing Plans and Campaign
  • Broad experience across multiple distribution channels
  • Good knowledge of customer membership initiatives
  • Strong functional excellence in omnichannel Marketing and Consumer journeys
  • Strategic thinking, strong operational and commercial minds
  • Extensive consumer and competitor understanding
  • International working experience
  • High drive + result orientated
  • Experience in female / beauty / apparel business is a bonus
  • Ability to inspire via strong presentation & communication skills
