Our Marketing Department at the HQ in Bad Zurzach (Switzerland), is looking immediately for a highly motivated  

 

                          CRM Manager (f/m)(100%) 

This is a great opportunity to join one of the world’s largest intimate apparel companies!  

This is a newly created role where you will have the opportunity to design and execute the contact strategy with a European scope! 

 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Define the client contact strategy by analysing client data to understand purchase patterns and the client lifecycle 
  • Lead & provide excellent execution of the CRM strategy across retail & e-commerce 
  • Track and measure client growth performance against goals as well as general performance and effectiveness of CRM programs 
  • Run frequent and detailed deep dives by store, events, client segments and other relevant metrics to derive insights for future programmes. 
  • Continuously improve the data collection process by collaborating with IT & GDPR team 
  • Collaborate with partners in all business areas, with a focus on building strong functional partnerships in Digital, Retail, Merchandising and IT, to help guide future strategy. 

Your ideal profile: 

  • Bachelor’s degree is a minimum level of education required 
  • At least 5 years+ of experience as a CRM Manager is a must  
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other CRM tools and overall End-to-End CRM Operations is mandatory 
  • Proven track record of developing & implementing contact strategy plans for retail and online businesses in beauty/luxury/apparel business is an asset 
  • Fluent English language is mandatory, any other language is a plus 
  • Strategic thinking, strong operational and commercial mindset 
  • Ability to inspire via strong presentation & communication skills
