Regional Human Resources Business Partner- East (f/m/d) (working 100 %)
The role assumes responsibility for a specified population and region of the company, operating as the privileged single point of contact for all HR queries; steering business results by supporting the definition and implementation of the necessary people actions and interventions to successfully execute the business strategy.
Your Responsibilities:
- Coordinating all global HR processes at regional level and drive the execution of the end-to-end HR lifecycle activities in the respective business area to support the company’s Mission, Vision and Strategy
- Supporting the Global HR Team in implementing a cohesive, coherent people plan for the respective business area where the subsequent solutions and actions are aligned with the business strategy
- Supporting the Global HR BP Team with deployment of new global policies by engaging stakeholders, communicating, and executing implementation actions within the area of responsibility
- In alignment with Global HR, ensuring best-in-class HR processes are applied in the business
- Managing a regional team of Human Resources Business Partners
- First point of contact for employees and managers, contributing to the understanding and use of HR tools, processes, policies and ensuring compliance
- Providing expert advice on all matters relating to the development of the organization and executional capability of teams and individuals.
- Providing support to managers in the area of responsibility to achieve Development, Performance Management and Employee Engagement
- Working closely with the business in the annual budgeting and forecasting process of headcounts and personnel cost
- Responsible for candidate selection and drive onboarding process to ensure smooth and quick integration to the company for all levels
- Ensuring company’s Values and Principles as well as the Code of Conduct are adhered and complied to at all times
Your ideal profile:
- You have a bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business Administration, or HR/ Legal discipline
- You have previous experience working in a retail environment and have gained broad generalist HR experience across a variety of businesses, markets, and cultures, as well as possess international/regional HR exposure
- You have good knowledge and practical experience in business partnering, employee relations and employment law
- You possess strong business acumen with financial skills and have previous experience in HR budgeting and forecasting processes
- You have previous experience of driving transformational HR topics and strong project Management, Change Management, as well as Team Management skills
- You can anticipate, identify, diagnose, and resolve employee issues affecting business performance
- You have a hands-on approach and are capable to work independently with tight timelines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- You possess strong influencing and relationship-building skills and ability to establish credibility as a trusted advisor to the business
- You are Fluent in English, Polish as well as any other European language is a benefit
