Our Operations Management Department at the Taiwan Headquarter in New Taipei, Taiwan is looking immediately for a highly motivated

                                                      Store Development Specialist


The role of Store Design & Development Specialist is to 2 brands (Triumph, sloggi,) strategy to promote the perception of sustainable business model goals and consumer shopping experience.

  • [ Store Space Planning ]

Work with retail marketing and sales team to implement store fit-out projects according customer requirement e.g. Department store and ensure in compliance with Global store guidelines (if applicable).

  • [ Supplier Management ]
  1. Negotiation with vendors, price negotiation sourcing, construction schedule and quality management,
  2. Engineer store fit-out material with external partner to attain cost target
  • [ Construction Material Development ]

Drive local material sourcing and quality management

  • [ Repair & Maintenance Management ]
  1. Provide store maintenance service including product display table, wall, hardware, furniture, floor etc
  2. Plan, set up, update, monitor, evaluate and reinforce on all store utilities and facilities repair and maintenance programs on a regular basis.

Roles & Responsibilities:  

  • New Store Opening and Renovation Projects for 2 Brands (Triumph / sloggi)
  1. Store space site inspection, space measure and coordination with retailer operators’ design and construction team
  2. According to Global store guidelines and work with retail/sales team to develop floor plan, space 3D drawing
  3.     And ensure the product assortment arrangement is aligned with annual business strategy 
  4. Provide construction technical drawing and debrief to construction supplier.
  5. Local material sourcing, construction schedule and quality management
  6. Identify and source external freelancers to implement store fit-out in peak season.
  7. Seeking feedback from colleague or customers on the impact of displays and implementation changes
  8. Maintain a budget and negotiate with suppliers of interior materials and hardware
  9. Partner with the Store Development Manager to deliver against the set KPI´s and department targets          

Your ideal profile:

  • 4-8 years’ proven experience in store design and fit-out management
  • Experience in fashion retail brand
  • Design house experience will be a plus.
  • Store fit-out experience in different retail channels with demonstrated experience in completing projects and achieving result
