Our Sales Department in Swindon, UK is looking for a

 

                                 Key Account Executive UK & EIRE (f/m/d) (working 100 %)

 

The purpose of the role is to develop and deliver tactical and strategic plans for each Key Account customer to achieve given Strategic Business Plans and annual financial targets.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing of annual business plans across the market for permanent styles and promotion calendars in line with company communication plans and driving sales to reach budget
  • Collaborating effectively with key account customers and providing market updates for manager and product manager
  • Providing excellent account management, utilizing management tools such as category management and assortment planning, account forecasting to ensure both retailer awareness and strong customer relationships
  • Monitoring retail trends and competitor products through regular store visits, to achieve thorough understanding of both the retail account and the lingerie industry
  • Execution of regular internal predefined monthly reports, to fully understand brand market position and focus on opportunities for business growth
  • Generating the monthly end-of-year forecast per Key Account customer and develop yearly budget plans according to brand and cluster guidelines
  • Providing support and assistance to Finance and Customer Services, on issues such as credit and distribution, to communicate strong account awareness
  • Developing strong relationships with Customer Services to ensure shipping totals are in line with both CSC and customer requirements
  • Working closely with Marketing department to ensure first-class execution of all brand activities to drive growth

 

 

Your ideal profile:

  • You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing or Sales
  • You have gained at least 5 years of experience of managing Sales within a similar, FMCG or premium environment
  • You can demonstrate significant experience and successful growth in managing Key Account Customers
  • You possess analytical skills, experience in reporting and forecasting, along with a strong commercial mindset and the capacity to interpret market information
  • You are experienced with digital and reporting tools such as MS Office, Business Warehouse, Power BI and Sales force
  • You have a proactive approach, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally inside the organization
  • You possess strong interpersonal skills and you are able to communicate to all levels, both written and oral
  • You feel comfortable being a team player as well as a self-motivated contributor, able to prioritize and plan work effectively
