Our HR Department at the Tokyo, Japan office  is looking immediately for a highly motivated

 

 

                                                                                      SSC (Shared Service Centre) HR Assistant Manager 

 

Purpose of the Job

  • Assume responsibility for a specified population and location operating as the single point of contact for all HR queries.
  •  Provide support to managers in the area of global system integration, payroll outsourcing, paperless digitalization for the effective process improvements and simplification in SSCHR.
  • Steer business results and provide proactive support to the HR business partner so that successfully execute the business strategy through the on-boarding to the exit process.
  • Provide expert advice and support SSCHR Manager on the capability development of SCCHR team member.
General Duties & Responsibilities
  • The candidate is expected to identify, own and execute improvements in HR operations as well as HR related projects (including HR system implementation); adding to daily operation and assigned some of core process of HR. 
  • Mainly responsible for reviewing and implementing the best HR systems (HR data systems, payroll systems, time and attendance systems, workflow systems, etc.) in alignment with global, while taking into account knowledge of labour laws and market conditions.
  • Lead and propose effective solution related to payroll, bonus and tax calculations, benefit process and social insurance procedures, etc.,
  •  Act as a liaison to harmonize a communication and motivation of the team to ensure efficient and effective performance of SSCHR team members.
  • Responsible for establishing and updating personnel rules and regulations through the knowledge of labour laws in a timely matter by collaboration with labour consultants and relevant internal/external departments.
  • Manage daily operation of the current payroll outsourcing vendor to ensure effective performance. And Responsible for reviewing and implementing new areas of outsourcing vendors.
  • Support HRBP on HR projects (Pay review, PDPD, PC budget, etc.) and hiring support of new graduates.

 Your Ideal Profile: 

Professional Experience
  • Minimum 3 year relevant experience in HR payroll operations in Japan market.
  • HR system implementation experience (HR core system, time attendance system, work flow).
  • Having basic knowledge of HR operations and HR labor law in Japan.

Education Requirements

  • University graduate
  • High level English language

Other Requirements

  • IT proficiency:  Words, Excel
  • Other skill: communication, process management, priority setting, approachable personality
  • A person who can lead the implementation of new HR system while communicating with HR members of headquarters
