Our Retail Training & Services Department in Taipei  is looking immediately for a highly motivated


                                             Assistant Manager, Center of Excellent (COE), Retail Department 


Roles & Responsibilities:

BA Acquisition, Training and Development

  • Responsible for Business Advisor (BA) recruitment. & Retail Talent Acquisition.
  • Manage BA from recruitment, BA training plan, career planning and development, and retail talent benchmark building.
  • Identify training needs, define the skill requirements of the retail staff
  • Develop & monitor yearly training budget & work plan
  • Create training strategies, organize and assess training courses in the way to improve and upgrade frontline staff’s capabilities in sales and service skills, product knowledge & presentation, customer service language, deal with complaint and total customer satisfaction
  • Develop, update and maintain training manuals and sales tools (e.g. cue cards, sales kits)
  • Provide regular field coaching and staff counseling
  • Work with Assortment Team to write up product training material for BA
  • Deal with best practice objections solution for regional
  • Deal with Fitting process for regional



  • Select of brand uniforms to express the professionals
  • Assist with brand try-on and press conference from time to time
  • Deal with product samples
