Our Private Label Department in Heubach (Germany) is looking for a


Business Operations Specialist (m/f/d) (100%)


Your Responsibilities:


  • Assist Managers in day-to-day coordination of business operational activities
  • Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals
  • Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery
  • Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements
  • Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in a timely manner
  • Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations document and procedures for reference purposes
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
  • Contributes to reports for internal and external stakeholders



Your ideal profile:

  • Education as industrial clerk or higher
  • 1-2-year previous working experience
  • Ability to comprehend problems and find solutions to smoothen processes
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Accuracy and diligence
  • Sense of responsibility and discretion
  • Fluency in German; English at level B2
  • Proficiency in Excel; SAP knowledge is a plus
