Our Finance Department in Warsaw – Poland, is looking for a

Credit and Collection Specialist Nordics (f/m/d) (100 %)


Are you passionate about the Credit and Collection area? Are you a fluent Danish or Swedish or Norwegian speaker? If your answer is yes, then this is the perfect job for you!

In this role, you will take the ownership of your area and you will be the main point of contact! Also, you will have the opportunity to learn everything about the Intimate Fashion industry.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Conducting collections activities and resolving payments issues for the assigned country or region
  • Coordinating third party legal activities and managing customers who are in financial difficulties
  • Making credit decisions based on external credit reference information and internal data within authorization limits
  • Ensuring customer accounts are well maintained and reconciled
  • Providing management reporting analysis and audit support specific to Accounts Receivable
  • Participating in global harmonization project initiatives      


Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience in Credit and Collection and/or AP
  • Fluency in English, Danish/Swedish/Norwegian languages is mandatory
  • Polish and Finnish languages are optional
  • Knowledge of SAP is a nice to have
  • Proactive approach and openness to learn is required
