Our Merchandising - Product Management team in our Tokyo, Japan office, is looking for an experienced Merchandiser with experience in Product Management to join our team as the following:

                               Merchandising Assistant Manager / Specialist * - Product Management 

*Job title to be decided based on candidate's experience 

・Develop responsible Products concept according to MD strategies in order to brand equity/loyalty and contribute to sales fundamentals(e.g.footfall,VPT,UPT,PPP), aiming to sustainable brand, sales,and profitable growth. 

・Building resposible Products concept with brand marketing and product design team
・Improvement of the product mix on the consumer-based strategy(Category , Bra-needs , Bra-price)
・Improvement of SKU efficiency on the consumer-based strategy(Category , Bra-needs , Bra-price)
・Sales promotion planning and results review

・Sell-out and Profit target achievement for Brands in charge
・Marketing/MD Plan Deployment and implementation 
・Strategic Planning & Growth opportunity proposal
・Process Innovation (Cross functional)
・Marketing Div ,Capability & Capacity Deployment

・More than 8 year business experience 
・More than 5 year Merchandising experience or Product Development in Apparel, Retail, or related business.

・Language skill:  English Skill (Business Level is preferred)

・IT proficiency:  Excel, ACCESS, Power Point/ Excel is MUST

・Analysis and making proposal skill

・Communication skill

・Presentation skill 

・Leadership to proceed the projects beyond functions with collaboration/ Capability to propose based on consumer needs and data
