Our Marketing Department in Kowloon Bay is looking for a CRM Specialist

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for execution and continuous refinement of multi-channel Consumer Relations to maximise customer lifetime value.
  • A strong focus on the loyalty and retention marketing strategies
  • Driving CRM initiatives and overseeing execution of campaigns
  • Develop the CRM communications including eDM/ SMS/ MMS setup and Segmentation to effectively engage with customer.
  • Analyzing data to inform business development and campaigns, working with the support of an analytics manager.
  • Maintaining and improving data management processes and accuracy
  • Continuously develop and drive omnichannel Marketing positioning values across the region.
  • Conduct regular reports and data analysis on membership campaign performance, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Work closely with various business units to ensure the membership work effectively and ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Liaise as necessary with internal stakeholders and external service providers to meet all operational requirements.
  • With colleagues across the business help develop the CRM/data strategy to enable streamlining of membership processes.
  • Manage the provision of timely, responsive and professional administrative support for stakeholder engagement planning, activities and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations in all markets.
  • Any other reasonable duties as directed by the Membership Operations Manager.

           

Your ideal profile:

  • 2-3 years+ CRM experience
  • Proven track record in Retail or FMCG
  • Broad experience across multiple distribution channels
  • Strong operational and commercial minded
  • International working experience is beneficial
  • High drive + result orientated
  • Experience in female / beauty / apparel business is a bonus
  • Ability to inspire via strong presentation & communication skills
