Our SSC (Shared Service Centre) HR Department in Tokyo  is looking for a

HR Compensation & Analyst

Purpose of the Job

  • Prepare, Monitor, and manage personnel budget & monthly forecast based on strategy and business priorities with HRBP’s input.
  • Monitor and deep dive of Personnel cost actual and control to stay within budget.
  • Join salary survey and propose compensation strategy based on external benchmark
  • Analyse HR data and make proposals based on company strategy.

Your Responsibilities:

  • HR Data analysis and solution suggestions including Personnel Cost – Budget, Forecast, FTE tracking and also mandate reporting requested by local Government and Global HR.
  • Cost simulation for bonuses, promotion, merit increase and minimum wage.
  • PDPD and FA appraisal data gathering and analysis for local calibration.
  • Support for HR Management to design HR policies and local compensation based on external benchmark data of salary survey.            

Your ideal profile:

  • 3 – 5 years relevant experience in compensation & benefits analysis & budgeting OR personnel cost calculation
  • Extensive data analysis, data processing skill using Ms Excel. Experience in Pivot Table & Macro is highly preferred.
  • Experience in data visualization & creating strategies based on data.
  • Language skills:
    • English & Intermediate level & beyond (OK for Reading & Writing)
    • Japanese: Fluent level & beyond
