Our Sales Department in Makati City, Philippines  is looking for a National Sales Manager

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements sales & marketing strategies for the business unit.
  • Directs and coordinates departments to achieve objectives established in the unit’s strategic plan.
  • Analyze and evaluates the effectiveness of sales, marketing activities, costs and results.
  • Establish and implement short and long range departmental goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.
  • Directs and oversees the organization’s marketing functions to identify and develop new customers.
  • Research and develop strategies and plans which identify marketing opportunities and new project development.
  • Target new sales opportunities and sales distribution channel development to secure incremental business.
  • Foster positive relations with trade partners, vendors and suppliers.
  • Represent the company in various business meetings and marketing activities to promote the company/brand.
  • Oversee sales and training initiatives
  • Implement store cluster strategies
  • Achieves annual PH Sales Budget
  • Ensures overall store profitability
  • Provides regular market intelligence on competition, customer behavior & profile, feedback on products & promotions
  • Maintains good relations with trade accounts so that issues and concerns are dealt professionally
  • Maintains the appropriate inventory level and merchandise assortment per store and ensures proper implementation of the visual merchandising guideline

           

Your ideal profile:

  • Minimum of five (5) years solid experience in Business Management, Planning and Financial oversight
  • Experience in retail industry is a must
