Our Brand Marketing Department in Japan is looking for a
MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM MANAGEMENT (MRM) OPERATION SPECIALIST
Purpose of the Job:
To grow members and sales of members, MRM has planned to run personalization email marketing test and learn and create automated across customer journey at scale. This role is assisting personalization project under MRM manager.
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist implementation of personalized campaign test&learn and loyalty program expansion by operating daily email marketing and App push (actual parameter setting and distribution operation and following performance tracking process)
- Management and maintenance of CRM tools (incl. Mail publisher, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Yappli, etc.)
- Customer data management and database segmentation update
- Operation flow optimization and improvement opportunity identification
- Engage in day-to-day communication with MRM team to update on setting progress and any issues
Your ideal profile:
- More than 3 years of professional work experience
- Minimum 1 year experience in CRM operation, particularly on email marketing and App push platforms
- Experience with CRM operation, particularly on email marketing and App push
- Experience using Mail Publisher, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Yappli, and other related CRM tools preferable
- Performance tracking, analysis and reporting skills
- Data management and basic analytic skills
- Experience in workflow design and execution
- Fluent Japanese and conversational level English skills (reading & writing in English required)
- Proficient written, verbal, and visual (compelling charts, slides) communication skills
