Our European Marketing department in Warsaw, Poland is looking for a:
Retail Marketing Specialist
(f/m) (100 %)
The purpose of the Retail Marketing Specialist role is to develop and deliver campaign materials for the European points of sale with focus on driving traffic, desirability, and conversion, from initial design, over production, to final implementation in our points of sale. This position works closely with the European Regional Retail and VM teams, external agencies, and production suppliers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development of retail POS campaign materials linked to monthly campaign to support sell-out performance and brand consistency
- Collaborating with agencies and briefing them on creative look and feel development based on brand campaign and marketing strategy
- Developing together with agencies all production guidelines and production files for all shop window campaigns and POS campaign material
- Developing windows and POS materials for Multibrand stores following seasonal design strategy of each brand, from design to implementation
- Managing suppliers for a variety of POS materials and campaign related displays
- Ensuring all Triumph retail and franchise stores shop windows are equipped correctly following the store design strategy and seasonal campaign strategy
- Cost controlling for retail campaign development and materials, including yearly budget forecasting
- Collaborating daily with our European retail marketing and visual merchandising teams, ensuring implementation support for each campaign
Your Ideal Profile:
- You gained relevant experience in Shop Window Design and POS development, ideally in women’s fashion or luxury industries
- You are experienced in collaborating end to end with external design agencies in developing marketing campaign material
- You have a solid understanding of the procurement management in retail marketing, as well as a good understanding of retail techniques and in-store requirements
- You are skilled in developing marketing campaign materials, including production, and printing detail management
- You can work cross-functionally with the capability to build strong and collaborative relationships
- You are a fast learner with analytical, structured, and organizational problem-solving skills
- English is essential, Polish language is a plus
