Our Marketing department in our headquarters in Warsaw, Poland is looking for a

 

                 Brand Marketing Specialist (f/m) (100%) - maternity cover for 1 year

 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of hands-on experience in marketing within a retail environment and will possess strong analytical skills and very keen to learn.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop presentations and reports for brand marketing initiatives
  • Utilize data to provide insights and recommendations
  • Assist with administrative duties to maintain efficient team workflows
  • Coordinate tasks to meet deadlines and enhance team productivity
  • Work closely with different teams (B2B, D2C, Consumer Engagement/Digital, Content, Ecom/CRM,Merchandising) to align brand marketing efforts
  • Coordinate with the team to finalize and update the Marketing Communication calendar
  • Coordinate team meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Previous experience in marketing, brand management, or similar roles is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for tracking, reporting, and presentations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Experience in the fashion or consumer goods industry is advantageous.
  • Comfortable working within a multicultural team.
