Our Quality Assurance Department in Chennai is looking for a

 Quality Manager                                    

Your Responsibilities:

  • Establish operating budgets; monitor the cost, effectiveness, and reliability of quality assurance activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and ensure targets and standards are met.

 

  • Evaluate the results of QA activities and prepare recommendations for significant changes that need to be made to the organization’s processes, systems, technology, raw materials, inputs, or vendors.

 

  • Liaise with managers to develop schedules, project plans, and cost estimates for implementing new activities, procedures, or methods to improve the quality and performance of the organization’s products.

 

  • Research, evaluate, and recommend investments in technology, capital, equipment, systems, or other assets.

 

  • Liaise with external suppliers to ensure their products meet the organization’s quality standards and deliver satisfactory standards of service.

 

  • Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of QA professionals to ensure activities meet established targets and standards.

Your ideal profile:

  • Outstanding Communication skills both verbal & written (English and Tamil)
  • Should have good interpersonal Skills
  • 15-20 years in textile manufacturing background
  • B Tech, Engineering, preferably with Master’s degree
  • 8-9 years within leadership role
  • Experience managing 1,000-2,000 employees
  • Six Sigma is advantage.
