The Retail Operation Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient retail operations across all store locations, support to cover store development, training, sales planning, customer service. This role focuses on operational excellence, sales performance support, and team coordination to drive business results.
Key Focus Areas:
- Retail Operations Management
· Oversee daily store operations to ensure consistency, compliance, and service quality.
· Monitor store KPIs and support teams in achieving operational targets.
- Sales Performance & Reporting
· Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
· Support commercial planning through data-driven recommendations.
- System & Inventory Control
· Manage POS systems and ensure data accuracy.
· Coordinate and monitor cycle count activities to maintain inventory integrity.
- Project & Process Facilitation
· Support and execute regional retail projects aligned with business goals.
· Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
· Supervise and coach two Sales Admins, ensuring task clarity, performance tracking, and development.
· Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth execution of retail initiatives.
- Staff Incentive & Planning
· Assist in Year-End Bonus (YEB) and incentive program planning and execution.
· Support performance tracking and motivation initiatives for store teams.

GENERAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES
|
1. Retail Operations Oversight:
l Supervise daily retail operations across stores to ensure consistency, compliance, and service excellence
l Monitor store KPIs and support teams in achieving operational goals.
2. Sales Performance Support:
l Generate and analyze sales reports to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
l Collaborate with relevant teams to support commercial planning and execution.
3. POS & System Management
l Maintain and troubleshoot POS systems to ensure accurate transaction and inventory data.
l Ensure system integrity and timely updates across retail platforms.
4. Inventory Control & Cycle Count
l Coordinate and monitor regular cycle count activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
l Work closely with store teams and logistics to resolve discrepancies.
5. Project & Process Facilitation
l Support and execute regional retail projects aligned with business goals.
l Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
6. Team Leadership:
l Supervise and coach two Sales Admins, ensuring clear task delegation, performance tracking, and development.
l Foster collaboration and accountability within the team.
7. Staff Incentive & Planning:
l Assist in planning and managing Year-End Bonus (YEB) and incentive programs.
l Support performance evaluation processes and motivation initiatives.
8. System & External Coordination:
l Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners such as the Accenture team to manage system-related requests and ensure smooth retail system operations.
l Responsible for Channel Partnership’s operation, as contract, invoice…etc, to let all operations work smoothly.
REQUIREMENTS:
At least 3 years experience in retail operation, preferably in retail industry
A Bachelor Degree in Business
