Our Customer Success Operations Department in Segrate (MI) is looking for a

 

Customer Success Operations Specialist - with German (f/m/d) (100%)

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Take part in daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and housekeeping exercise to keep good data integrity, to resolve incomplete orders and to keep a high delivery performance
  • Regularly work on troubleshooting allowing a proper weekly Sell Out posting and submission of all relevant documents before the Monthly Closure
  • Learn and constantly improve month end closing procedures
  • Support stock take activities being the contact part for Customers & Sales Team
  • Analyze the stock taking figures and reconcile them with Sales counterpart
  • Post the result in SAP
  • SPOC for warehouse requirements and transportation support for all local matters
  • Be the SPOC for Sales Team and Customers to collect and negotiate VAS needs and collaborate with our warehouses in design and implement new VAS requirements
  • Identify and resolve system failures
  • Lead the team to act as SAP Key User and SPOC to actively provide training and support to new & existing team members in case of specific requirements or new functionalities

 

Your ideal profile:

  • Experience in a similar role at least 3 years, preferably Operations experience in multinational companies
  • Italian, English and German at fluent level. Advanced communication skills in all 3 languages are a must have
  • Experience working with huge data, analyzing figures, and producing reports
  • Accuracy and methodology in execution of operational tasks
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, showing a customer-centered approach; pleasure to work in a cross-border team and with different cultures
  • IT proficiency: Microsoft Office (especially Teams, Excel at advanced level, Word), experience with SAP (SD and BW module); experience in Salesforce (nice to have)
  • Availability to travel for trainings and meetings
