Our Planning and Allocation Department in Mumbai is looking for a
Planning and Allocation Specialist
Your Responsibilities:
- Regular replenishment of stocks to ensure top line sale.
- Ensure that NOS classification is never out of stock in the stores.
- Follows up on agreed actions to maximize sell-out and profit opportunities. Supports in the delivery of the store/counter Profit and Loss Account.
- Supports the organization of store/counter processes and the implementation of operational guidelines to achieve optimum profitability.
- Adhere to Store/counter Operations guidelines and any local legislative requirements.
- Ensures smooth interpersonal relationship with customers / customer interaction.
- Regularly market visit to ensure the KPI’s met and feedback from front line staff on market conditions.
- Assist the manager in making base stock plan for the dedicated account.
- Ensure that the promos are activated on time post required approval, collect the required proofs of promo execution, and provide details to the finance.
- Cross check the discount working sent by the retailers with the system report shared by the retailer and send it to the finance team for further check.
- Ensure follow up with the logistics team for timely delivery of the stocks.
- Making business reports with analysis and send those reports to the management.
Your ideal profile:
- Good communication and presentation skills, Build Selling Propositions and Negotiate
- 2-3 years relevant work experience in retail industry (apparel, cosmetic, accessories, bags, footwear)
- Bachelor’s degree any course
- self-starter, can take initiative, someone with excellent business communication skills primarily in English and Hindi
- Good in analytics, has advanced knowledge in Excel.
