Training Manager-Sales
Your Responsibilities:
Content development
Designing & developing training modules as per the training requirements.
Customizing existing training programs.
Evaluate the New hire’s training content and improvise it based on the analysis.
Develop training procedure manuals, guides such as NHT workbook.
Researching through various sources to enhance training material, customizing the content as per requirements and individual trainee needs.
Designing, both in-house and with expert third parties, a solution which includes a blended approach to learning such as coaching, classroom training,
Schedule & Conduct trainings
Plan the trainings and communicate it to all the concerned regions.
Organizing product training sessions as per the product launches for every region.
Ensure the travel calendar is planned and updated.
Deliver training content for new arrival products.
Conduct refreshers for senior staff.
Deliver the T-6 Standards across India.
Deliver global-led programs like Staffing Review and Core Competencies.
Receive feedback on trainings.
Conduct the New Hire’s Trainings as per the schedule.
Analysis and Mapping
Evaluate modes of training delivery to optimize training effectiveness and training costs.
Monitor the feedback received from the employees on training.
Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures.
Monitor progress on an on-going basis.
Map the training hours on an on-going basis.
Ensure all the scheduled trainings are completed OTIF.
Your ideal profile:
- Outstanding Communication skills both verbal & written (both English and Hindi)
- Should have good interpersonal
- Adapt easily to diverse audiences and
- proficient in Excel, MIS, Power BI
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
- Previously worked in consumer goods and retail
- 1-3 years’ experience in the same role.
