Our APAC Regional E-Commerce Department in Hong Kong is looking for an expert in E-Commerce brand dot com Converse Rate Optimization to join our team as 

E-Commerce - Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Manager

•    This role is part of a broader regional team and will contribute  to the digital and e-commerce (EC) strategy. 
•    This role will review the Direct-to-Consumer website to develop strategies that ease customer shopping and drive on site conversion. 
•    The individual will create strategic plans and work closely with local markets to integrate and roll out the plans. 
•    You will work with the local markets to deliver sales growth targets and ensure long-term development goals, will be responsible for developing and executing EC plans and campaigns working with the regional and global marketing teams,  and content strategies that resonate with our target audience. 
•    This role involves collaboration across teams to drive on site conversion, brand awareness, engagement, and sales You will work with the regional teams and the local markets to deliver sales growth targets and ensure long-term development goals.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development- Formulate and execute comprehensive CRO strategies that align with the overall business objectives and enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Manage the campaign calendar to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and promotions. Oversee the content creation process, including writing, editing, and sourcing relevant materials, to improve conversion rate
  • Data Analysis-Utilize web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, clarity) to analyze customer behavior, conversion funnels, and identify optimization opportunities.
  • A/B Testing Management- Own the A/B testing roadmap, including hypothesis generation, test setup, execution, and interpretation of results to refine ongoing strategies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work closely with product, marketing, creative, and merchandising teams to ensure alignment of testing initiatives with business priorities and upcoming product launches.
  • Performance Measurement-Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of CRO initiatives and provide regular updates on testing outcomes to stakeholders.
  • User Research- Conduct qualitative user research to gain insights into user preferences and behaviors that inform optimization strategies.
  • Continuous Improvement- Iterate on strategies based on test results and market trends to ensure ongoing enhancement of conversion rates.

           

Your ideal profile:

  • 4+ years' hands-on experience in E-commerce own brand dot com management or a related field with a proven track record in Conversion Rate Optimization.
  • Proficiency in A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, AB Tasty) , E-Commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify or similar platform), and web analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English for presenting findings and recommendations clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital marketing or e-commerce are a plus.
  • Good to have: Fluency in Cantonese and/or Mandarin languages.
  • Regional experience: Preferably experienced in handling multiple e-commerce markets within 1 region.
