Our Finance Department in Mumbai is looking for a
Executive Finance & Accounts
Your Responsibilities:
- Standardizing Regional reporting and Group reporting - Ensures on time and in full reporting at the right quality according to the internal management calendar and group reporting calendar.
- Weekly Accounts Receivables report to Sales team, follow up with sales team / customers on the fund’s collections.
- Working closely with Sales team on the Sales promotion / liquidation plan
- Monthly Accounts Receivables (AR) report to region.
- AR reconciliation with customers on Sales return, Discount, and all other debit by customer and accrual creations.
- AR reconciliation and accruals creation explanation to PWC Auditors. • Online D2C customers invoice level reconciliation between invoice value and funds receipt
- Follow up with sales team to collect the MIS report from Customer to reconcile sales report and discount for Franchises customers.
- Own eCom portal payment collection and reconciliation with Razorpay online portal.
- Presents financial information to senior management / head office to force decision making and to drive actions.
- Acts as a sparring partner to the business to ensure realistic forecasts, assumptions, dand cost estimates.
- Monitors & reports on-going the receivables & payables of the S&M organization and ensures timely resolution of reconciliation issues hand in hand with the business, if necessary, by maintaining pro-actively vendor and customer relations.
Your ideal profile:
- 3+ years of experience in Accounts reconciliation
- Advanced background in Excel
- Have handled large volume of transactions
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce
- Tally background is preferred
