Planning and Allocation Manager
Your Responsibilities:
Key accounts management
- To maintain Ideal stock level in terms of quantity and quality at each store and ensure that no sales opportunity is lost and the stores are not overstocked at the same time.
- Negotiate with the retailers for OTB .
- Control team attrition and ensure that the P&A team is motivated and working towards the desired objective.
- To maintain confidentiality of the data related to margins, PLCs, sales numbers and strategies.
- Ensure distribution of each novelty, CA and NOS as per the approved plan.
- Ensure that offers and RTV are executed as per the required approval and required documents are preserved and produced before required department when asked.
- To maintain a better & healthy relationship with the Outright & Departmental stores by visiting them regularly
- Negotiate and select sizeable prime locations for Triumph’s counters in the stores to reflect the brand’s dominant position
- Cultivate relationship marketing with the trade to gain their support and goodwill
- To update with regards to the fit, style, & colour movement analysis given at particular market in whole to say in general the Market demand. Region wise.
- Furnish market intelligence reports on market environment, competitive situation, etc to enable the Company to be one step ahead of the competition.
- Detect and advise opportunities and threats facing the Organization to enable it to adjust its strategies accordingly.
- To maintain a company discipline on regular basis & maintain the consistency with regard to sales & collection.
- Monitor department store sales to follow consumer purchase trends.
- Local market visits to direct, motivate and evaluate sales force as well as to cultivate relationship marketing and check on competitive situation.
- Analyse department stores sales/stock-holding situation to identify areas of weaknesses and implement
Your ideal profile:
- Good communication and presentation skills, Build Selling Propositions and Negotiate
- 4-5 years relevant work experience in retail industry (apparel, cosmetic, accessories, bags, footwear), dealing with key account retailers like lifestyle, multiple account management. 3 yrs people management exp
- Bachelor’s degree any course
- self-starter, can take initiative, someone with excellent business communication skills primarily in English and Hindi
- Good in analytics, has advanced knowledge in Excel.
