Are you an experienced sales professional with strong account management skills and a passion for leadership? Triumph is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to manage key accounts, drive business growth, and lead our team of Account Managers in BX Wholesale.
Your Responsibilities:
- You develop strong relationships with wholesale accounts, ensuring excellent communication and a deep understanding of their business needs.
- You create and maintain a prospection master plan to develop existing accounts and generate new business opportunities.
- You ensure strong KPI achievement, maximizing sell-in and sell-through to drive the success of Triumph brands in the market.
- You monitor retail trends and competitor products to maintain a thorough understanding of both wholesale accounts and the lingerie industry.
- You demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Triumph products and processes by attending brand conferences, seasonal alignment meetings, and delivering professional product presentations.
- You participate in forecasting and assortment planning to identify opportunities for growth and
- You execute predefined monthly reports, sharing expert knowledge with colleagues to enhance market positioning and identify business growth opportunities.
- You lead the team of Account Managers in BX Wholesale, providing guidance, support, and strategic direction.

Your Ideal Profile:
- You have a gained relevant experience in a similar role within the lingerie or fashion industry.
- You possess a strong track record of sales growth and possess proven leadership skills.
- You possess strong analytical skills, experience in reporting and forecasting, and the ability to interpret market trends with a commercial mindset.
- You can inspire teams and deliver exceptional results in a dynamic market
- You are experienced with digital and reporting tools such as MS Office
- You have a proactive approach, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally inside the organization
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and you are able to communicate to all levels
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, with French as a plus
- You have the availability to travel and possess a valid driver's license
