Product Data Coordinator (f/m/d) (100%)
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Monitor the product data creation process to ensure timely and complete data availability for pre - sales and sell-through period
- Collaborate with data owners for products to ensure that accurate product information and digital assets are delivered to PIM and DAM systems
- Check data completeness, accuracy, and consistency with the European product range
- Work closely with teams responsible for Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), SAP, and business units to streamline the data creation process
- Identify inefficiencies in data management processes and propose solutions to enhance data quality and timeline
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on data readiness status and escalate any delays or issues affecting timelines
- Manage projects related to the coordination of new collections' data creation, ensuring that key milestones are achieved on time and any risks to deadlines are mitigated effectively
Your ideal profile:
- You have gained solid experience in product data management area
- You have good knowledge on PIM
- You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Power BI or any other analytical tool – a strong asset
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills to ensure data accuracy and consistency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams
- You have excellent command of English language, both spoken and written, Polish – a plus
