Our Retail Department in Sofia (Bulgaria) is looking for a

 

Junior District Manager (m/f/d) (100%)

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Supporting District Manager in managing store team to increase sales turnover
  • Analyzing sales figures based on company KPIs and forecasting future sales on regular basis
  • Managing stock levels and dealing with staffing issues in stores
  • Ensuring standards for visual merchandising and organizing special promotions in close cooperation with the retail marketing team
  • Visiting the stores regularly and identifying or resolving urgent issues
  • Maintaining awareness of market trends in the retail industry as well as competitors’ monitoring
  • supporting District Manager in opening a new point of sales
  • Motivating, coaching stores’ employees and training the new store’s staff
  • Leading communication with marketing teams of the shopping centers to ensure smooth collaboration

Your ideal profile:

  • You possess solid proven experience in retail as a Junior District Manager or Store Manager gained ideally in fashion industry
  • You’re experienced in managing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, especially in a wholesale driven context
  • You’ve strong analytical skills and a good understanding of Retail KPI’s and store profitability
  • You’re experienced in managing stores’ staff
  • You have developed strong organisational and communication skills
  • You’ve very proactive and hands on approach
  • You have advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • You are proficient in Bulgarian and English, both spoken and written
