Triumph China is seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of new product launch plans and lifecycle management for our domestic E-commerce special range. This role is pivotal in creating products that delight consumers and lead the market, while also building profitable, growing businesses.

Your responsibilities:
- Act as the leading voice on key consumer and competitive issues, obtaining and delivering consumer insights to inform product decisions.
- Proactively manage range direction and refine creation strategies to develop top products that win in the market.
- Propose clear strategies for product ranges and execution plans, becoming a range expert for key teams and the market.
- Fully understand the product development process and manage tasks within given time frames, with a focus on speed to market.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and interlinked departments to ensure an efficient product development process with optimal outcomes.
- Maintain strong knowledge of product information and cross-functional processes to ensure smooth updates.
- Actively contribute to setting the concept-to-consumer direction and implement it into relevant ranges.
- Work independently on projects, follow up on development, and be proactive, flexible, and solution-driven to ensure project delivery.
Your ideal Profile:
- Minimum of 5 years of product development experience with IA background brands.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Product-specific technical degree and/or manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written).
- Familiarity with the local market landscape to ensure strategic success.
- Deep understanding of product development, online consumer behavior, and retail knowledge to meet local market needs.
- Ability to plan and prioritize daily tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, solution-driven, and result-oriented.
- Demonstrated ability to balance conflicting priorities between creative design and cost objectives.
- Ability to influence internal stakeholders and drive efficient decision-making.
