Our Brand department in Warsaw, Poland is looking for a

 

Brand Product Specialist

(f/m/d) (working 100 %)

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for updating the PLM range, managing range reports and range plans, as well as maintaining product KPI measurement and tracking tools in line with the annual schedule.
  • In collaboration with the product manager, builds knowledge and contributes to reinforcing brand positioning and values across the business, aligned with consumer and market needs.
  • Supports the product manager with product efficiency analysis, competitor analysis (range and pricing), consumer and product test setups, sample management, and related tasks.
  • Develops an understanding of the women’s clothing market to gather consumer and market insights and identify ways to strengthen Triumph’s competitive advantage (e.g., through market visits, in-store and online consumer feedback).
  • Builds knowledge of financial management, including KPI setting, profit and revenue generation. Also develops expertise in product technicalities, segment specifics, and sub-brands to gain ownership and specialization in the role.

 

Your Ideal Profile:

  • You have prior experience as a Product Specialist or in Brand Merchandising within a global company.
  • You possess a background in the Fashion and/or Beauty industry, which is highly preferred.
  • You have a natural ability to understand consumer behavior and analyze competitors.
  • You are market-driven and passionate about products and trends.
  • You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • You are creative, flexible, and eager to learn and grow.
  • You have a proactive, hands-on attitude and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • You demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.
  • You are a proficient user of MS Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, German is nice to have.
