Our Private Label Department in Tokyo is looking for a sales expert in OEM apparel sales to join us as

PRIVATE LABEL SALES REPRESENTATIVE - JAPAN

Objectives 

  • Manage and develop private label business, especially the scope of responsibility of sales rep. that business planning, production management, deliver products to customers and customer management.
  • Deliver sales target top-line and bottom line by enhancing customer relationship.
  • Explore new business opportunities and make a new profitable structure.                           
  • Make a profitable business model with innovative products and expand sales top-line and profit.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Deliver business target top-line & bottom line.
  • Customer management.
  • Business planning, business analysis based on consumer needs.
  • Manage a product planning and production schedule.
  • Manage a good relationship with customers in order to deliver top-line target and make a sufficient profit contribution.
  • Explore white space and bring new customers by valuable and innovative products.
  • Collaborate with product design and creation team to enhance team engagement.         

Your ideal profile:

  • 5 years experience in B2B Sales experience in OEM Apparel sector, preferably with experience in New Business Development 
  • Experienced in end-to-end sales cycle for original design / private label products (from order taking, planning, production until product delivery to customers)                     
  • Product planning experiences more than 3 years
  • Knowledge of intimate apparel is good to have
  • Languages: Native level Japanese and conversational English
  • IT proficiency: Able to use Word & Excel to write and analyze business reports.
  • Personal qualities:

    • Negotiation skill for internal and external
    • Numerical management ability
    • Adaptability
    • Sense of business
