Business Development Manager– Nordic Region

(f/m/d) – 100%

 

Are you an experienced business development professional with a passion for driving growth and optimizing customer relationships? Triumph is looking for a Growth Manager to acquire new customers across multiple sales channels and countries, support premium accounts, and implement strategic growth initiatives in the Nordic region.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue with premium customers
  • Evaluate and improve existing sales strategies
  • Support the sales team in the field and actively follow up on the implementation of the sales strategy
  • Identify and develop new accounts across all four Nordic countries
  • Execute a strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base
  • Prepare proposals, direct offers, and coordinate with internal departments to align strategies
  • Build a sustainable customer base and hand over accounts to the current sales team once established
  • Execute regular business reports to share insights, analyze market position, and identify opportunities for growth

 

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Proven success in business development and revenue growth, in textile industry
  • Strong expertise in strategy development, tactical implementation, and process optimization
  • Excellent financial competence: able to interpret complex data, manage budgets, and control finances
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to support existing customers while acquiring new prestige dealers
  • Fluent in English and native in Danish or another Nordic language
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to relate to all levels
  • Analytical and strategic thinker, adaptable, self-motivated, and a team player
