Global Head of Infrastructure and Digital Workplace
(f/m/d) (100 %)
The Global Head of Infrastructure and Digital Workplace will lead Triumph’s global IT infrastructure, cloud operations, and end-user computing strategy.
This role drives operational excellence, digital workplace innovation, and cloud cost efficiency across the organization.
It includes full responsibility for planning, building, and running global IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, help desk, and data center operations.
The role also focuses on advancing Triumph’s cloud journey and improving user experience while ensuring cost-effective and reliable IT services.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Define and execute Triumph’s global infrastructure and digital workplace strategy in line with business and IT transformation goals.
- Lead the design, deployment, and operation of scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure, with a focus on AWS IaaS, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and Docker.
- Modernize the digital workplace, enhancing collaboration, mobility, and user experience across all platforms and devices.
- Implement FinOps practices to ensure transparency, accountability, and optimization of cloud costs across business units.
- Collaborate with security teams to maintain global standards for security, privacy, and compliance.
- Drive automation and DevOps adoption to enhance agility, scalability, and reliability.
- Manage strategic outsourcing partnerships, particularly with key delivery partners in India, to ensure quality and continuous improvement.
- Transformation towards agentic AI where it drives business and cost efficiency.
- Oversee contract performance and adherence to service-level agreements.
- Manage the global infrastructure and workplace budget, ensuring cost-effective investments and financial accountability.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends to foster innovation and efficiency.
- Lead, coach, and develop global infrastructure and workplace teams to deliver impactful results and support Triumph’s strategic direction.
Your Ideal Profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in global infrastructure and/or digital workplace environments.
- Proven expertise in AWS IaaS, Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation), Docker, and enterprise network and security architectures.
- Strong experience in FinOps, budget management, and managing outsourced IT operations, particularly with offshore partners.
- Experience in implementing first GenAI use cases.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
