Our Marketing Department in Brisbane is looking for a strong digital marketing professional with passion in fashion retail to join our growing team as a:

MARKETING EXECUTIVE AU

Duties and Responsibilities

Marketing Executives play a vital role in increasing brand awareness and sales by developing and executing marketing campaigns.

They use a variety of strategies and tools to reach the audience and are responsible for several aspects of a campaign.

Their duties and responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities and understanding consumer preferences
  • Planning and executing marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation and brand building
  • Creating and implementing strategies to promote the company’s products or services
  • Working with the sales team to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share
  • Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns
  • Preparing and presenting reports on marketing activities to senior management
  • Managing the production of promotional materials and marketing collateral
  • Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions
  • Collaborating with external agencies and vendors as needed
  • Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and marketing tools

Your Responsibilities:

Your ideal profile:

  • 4+ years’ experience in digital marketing, with strong capability in EDMs, paid advertising, and loyalty programs within the Australian retail sector.
  •  Proven ability to translate business objectives into effective creative ads and campaign executions. 
  •  Experience in female‑focused retail categories (fashion, beauty, cosmetics, etc.) is highly regarded.
  • Excellent creative skillset with proficiency in Adobe Photoshop suite.
