Our Finance Department for our office in Athens is looking for an
CtC Accountant (f/m/d) (100%)
The position is responsible for parts of the CtC processes and providing assistance to the Head of CtC.
The position is a full-time, on-site role.
Your Responsibilities:
- Posting cash, bank, and Cheques-BOE transactions
- Monitoring and clearing customer receipts against invoices
- Collaborating with Customer Service and Sales Representatives for order credit release
- Communicating with wholesale customers regarding collections and invoice clearing
- Issuing credit notes (discounts and adjustments)
- Performing daily reconciliations of retail stores (cash & credit card transactions)
- Managing credit control and supporting collection processes
- Physically process with local banks for cheques-BOE.
- My-data platform for e-invoices
Your ideal profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
- 4-5 years of experience as an CtC Accountant
- Fluent in English
- Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Excel at advanced level
- Experience and skilled in SAP (FEBA, cheques SAP add-on etc)
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Organized
- Team player
- Solutions oriented mindset
