Our Finance Department for our office in Athens is looking for an

 

                 CtC Accountant (f/m/d) (100%)

 

The position is responsible for parts of the CtC processes and providing assistance to the Head of CtC.

The position is a full-time, on-site role.

 

Your Responsibilities:

  • Posting cash, bank, and Cheques-BOE transactions
  • Monitoring and clearing customer receipts against invoices
  • Collaborating with Customer Service and Sales Representatives for order credit release
  • Communicating with wholesale customers regarding collections and invoice clearing
  • Issuing credit notes (discounts and adjustments)
  • Performing daily reconciliations of retail stores (cash & credit card transactions)
  • Managing credit control and supporting collection processes
  • Physically process with local banks for cheques-BOE.
  • My-data platform for e-invoices

 

Your ideal profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
  • 4-5 years of experience as an CtC Accountant
  • Fluent in English
  • Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); Excel at advanced level
  • Experience and skilled in SAP (FEBA, cheques SAP add-on etc)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Organized
  • Team player
  • Solutions oriented mindset
