PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Drive eCommerce business to achieve company’s goals and objectives
- The Assistant E-Commerce Manager is responsible for driving the growth and performance of the company’s eCommerce business, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and revenue targets.
- This role oversees the end-to-end management of daily eCommerce operations, including the planning and execution of sales and marketing initiatives, product assortment and promotional strategies, demand and inventory coordination, and the development of engaging digital content that enhances the customer journey and maximizes conversion.
- Key responsibilities include optimizing the performance of owned eCommerce platforms, as well as managing and strengthening partnerships with external online channels such as eTailers, digital platforms, and eCommerce enablers. The role also focuses on driving O2O (online-to-offline) initiatives, ensuring seamless integration between digital touchpoints and physical retail to enhance customer experience and conversion.
- The Assistant E-Commerce Manager will play a critical role in eBusiness development, identifying new growth opportunities, expanding digital channels, and leveraging data-driven insights to improve traffic, engagement, and sales performance.
- Internally, the role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams including Head of E-Com Taiwan, Assortment, Demand Planning, Marketing, and Retail Operations to ensure alignment in product availability, campaign execution, and customer experience.
GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Assistant E-Commerce Manager is responsible for the following:
1- eChannel Development
1-1. eTailers exploration: Explore new eBiz opportunities via new eTailers development and emerging opportunities.
1-2. eOwn shop: Maintain own eShop to grow in line with company’s strategy
1-3. Omni-channel : Help ensure that the company develop and maintain omni channel capabilities
2- eShop /e-tailerSales and Marketing Operation
2-1. eAnnual Campaign Calendar (eACC): Plan the annual eCampaigns to cope with dynamic on line shopping behanvior.
2-2. eContent creation: Assure ongoing homepages and landing pages features creation and on time renew, direct photo shoot for content creation
2-3. eShop VM management: Enhance the shop presentation from landing pages, Product detail page (PDP) to banners.
2-4. Touch points conversion: Develop digital touch points, incl desktop and mobile and identify coversion opportunities.
2-5. Traffic activation programs: Amplify the reach and increase conversion oriented traffic via paid, own, earn media.
2-6. Spending optimization: Work closely with Marketingteam to optimize A&P, SEM and online coop efficiency and ROI.
3- eMerchanding Management
3-1. Market Analysis : Identify opportunities and competitors analysis
3-2. Assortmentn planning : Work with Assortment team to determine assortment to be launched, returned, mark down
3-3. Deployment plan: Coordinate with Assortment team to ensure proper launch deployment and reployment.
4- eStock Management
4-1. Novelty stock: Manage regular sales against sell through target by timely replenishement action or promotion.
4-2. Off season stock: Take action and leverage to sales promotion in driving competition momentum.
4-3. Bargain stock: Work on best pricing mix for speeding up clearance.
4-4. Stock Mgt : Manage DoH, ensuring that the stock is at a healthy level
5- eCRM
5-1. eShopper journey: Design an insightful brand path and experience and lead to purhase insight.
5-2. eCRM programs: Support eCRM programs, to ensure conversion, retention and brand loyalty.

Your ideal profile:
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in driving ECommerce business the Hong Kong market, preferably within the apparel, fashion, beauty or personal care industries. Candidates from third-party eCommerce platforms are also welcome to apply.
- Experience working with the Taiwan and/or Greater China markets is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience driving eCommerce growth through digital marketing, online campaigns, and commercial initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of web analytics and basic HTML is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Agile, proactive, and adaptable, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English and Chinese.
- Passionate for eCommerce and digital trends, with a creative mindset and a results-oriented approach.
