Franchising & Partners Assistant (f/m/d) (100%)
The Franchising & Partnerships Assistant supports the Franchising & Partnerships Manager in assisting driving the development and adoption of the company's franchising and partnership business models across international subsidiaries. The role combines commercial analysis, documentation management, knowledge sharing, and training support to help local Commercial Directors understand and successfully implement both business approaches.
This position is hybrid, with 2 mandatory days at our office in Segrate (MI).
Your Responsibilities:
- Collect business needs from local Commercial Directors and stakeholders to identify opportunities and challenges
- Analyse commercial information and business cases to recommend appropriate commercial terms and conditions aligned with company strategy
- Develop and maintain contractual set up, commercial kpi’s, and operational documentation related to franchising and partnership activities (master contract, master P&L and master company presentation)
- Prepare presentations, guidelines, toolkits, and training materials to increase knowledge of both business models within the organization
- Coordinate the sharing of knowledge, processes, and success stories across markets
- Support the Manager in monitoring the implementation of franchising and partnership projects, providing analytical and administrative support when required
- Collaborate with Commercial, Legal, Finance, Retail, and Operations teams to ensure consistency in processes and documentation
- Support the preparation of reports, analyses, and management presentations
Your ideal profile:
- Holds a university degree
- Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a commercial mindset to evaluate different business models
- Possesses strong organizational and documentation management abilities, including the creation of manuals and standard operating procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, with a strong command of Excel for financial data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Italian, with additional languages considered a plus
- Excels at working effectively within international, cross-functional teams and cooperating smoothly across departments
- Manages multiple projects in parallel with strong teamwork and communication skills
