Our Retail Department for Poland is looking for a
District Manager Franchise (f/m/d) (100%)
Your Responsibilities:
- Implement consistent retail operation processes and company standards in the franchise stores
- Develop effective relationships with our external Franchise partners to support business objectives through the delivery of agreed operating standards
- Optimize permanently doors portfolio by expending existing retail net with close cooperation with franchise partners
- Manage the Franchise base in line with the Franchise Agreement, developing new partnerships and existing partnerships as appropriate.
- Deliver targeted level of sell out and margin through best possible execution of retail KPIs (CR, UPT, VPT etc.)
- Deliver targeted opening plan within the region
- Deliver required set of training to franchise store staff
- Organize sell in sessions with the partners in order to meet targeted buying plan for the season
- Any other tasks that can be asked by superior/organization
Your ideal profile:
- At least 4 years of experience as a District Manager in fashion/retail company
- Proven success of cooperating with franchise partners
- Very good understanding of Retail KPIs (CR, UPT, VPT)
- Outstanding Training and negotiation skills
- Experience in finding new partners on the market
- Analytical skills and a good understanding of financials, Retail KPI’s and store profitability
- Bachelor's degree (nice to have)
- Build strong & collaborative relationships
- Experience of Visual Merchandising Standards
- Driving license B
- MS Office – minimum good knowledge (Excel, PP)
- The ability to train effectively and follow up as required and ability in working under the time pressure
- Understanding of Retail apparel stores
- Strong results orientation
- High level of self-confidence and drive
