BUYER & DATA ANALYSIS SUPPORT – HONG KONG
About the Role
As part of the TRIUMPH Buying team, you will be responsible for driving the Hong Kong assortment strategy and buying plans, ensuring they reflect business needs, brand priorities and financial goals. You will also support data and analytics across Asia, providing commercial insights to support regional decision-making.
You will work closely with country commercial, Marketing, E-commerce, Design and Product Management teams to translate business and consumer insights into the right product assortment and execution
Your Responsibilities:
- Drive the strategic product line buying for Hong Kong, including assortment, complexity, margin and pricing.
- Build and manage Hong Kong assortments aligned with brand strategy, business priorities and financial targets.
- Manage the end-to-end product portfolio across online and offline channels, using sales and e-commerce performance data to optimize the assortment.
- Monitor style performance, line adoption, sell-through and aging styles, and drive actions to improve commercial performance.
- Partner with E-commerce and Marketing on product launches, content requirements and promotional calendars.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Design, Product Management and regional stakeholders to ensure alignment on assortment and product strategies.
- Provide data and analytical support across Asia, turning commercial data into actionable insights.
- Contribute to key business and calendar meetings, providing commercial input to support decisions on product, flow and marketing.
- Support the development calendar and ensure alignment between commercial priorities, product development and retail execution.
- Drive continuous improvement in line adoption, margin and assortment efficiency.
Your ideal profile:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of professional experience, including Buying, Merchandising or Sales, ideally in fashion, apparel or retail in Hong Kong market.
- Experience across online and offline channels is preferred.
- Strong commercial, analytical and Excel skills, with the ability to turn sales data and market trends into buying and assortment decisions.
- Strong knowledge of retail/apparel, with a good eye for trends and consumer needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and influencing skills, with strong stakeholder management.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and seasons in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and assortment/data management systems.
- Fluent English and Cantonese or Mandarin Chinese.
- Proactive, independent and results-oriented.
