Our Marketing Department for our office in Poland is looking for a
Global Planning & Orchestration Manager (f/m/d) (100%)
This position is hybrid, with 2 mandatory days at our office in Warsaw.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify whitespace and growth opportunities by market, product, segment and channel for the assigned brand
- Ground the annual brand plan in consumer insight and performance data, in partnership with Consumer Insights & Strategy and Marketing Effectiveness
- Form a clear point of view on where to play and how to win each season
- Own the brand's annual plan and its translation into seasonal priorities
- Define the big bets and the supporting stories per season, aligned with product strategy
- Translate the brand plan into the master consumer calendar, built with Key Markets in mind
- Sequence big bets and supporting stories across the 4-6 week story cadence
- Design each story window so every activation is coordinated across all touchpoints (social, newsletter, VM, ecom, paid media, PR, events)
- Prepare strategic joker activations that let Key Markets leverage local cultural moments, fully within brand guidelines
- Provide the brand plan rationale and content the Head needs for budget allocation across International and Key Markets
- Feed the Brand Project Manager with the brand information required at each GTM milestone (G0 to G3)
- Brief Brand Creative with narrative, brand voice and asset requirements so creative material supports the plan
- Package the plan and toolkits for 100% application in International Markets and minimum 80% in Key Markets
- Support evaluation of Key Market flex requests (up to 20%) on brand-fit and net-sales impact
- Enforce 'no local shots' — all brand assets sourced from Central Brand Creative
Your ideal profile:
- You have minimum around 10 years of experience in marketing and around 5 years’ experience in a similar role with focus on strategy planning & orchestration in a regional organization
- Bachelor’s degree
- You have a good understanding of the brand strategy and business KPI’s
- You are Fluent in English and Italian, spoken and written
- You are experienced in collaborating end to end with external agencies & internal teams
- You possess strong influencing and relationship-building skills and ability to establish credibility as a trusted advisor to the business
- You are skilled in developing marketing stories and working closely with trends, consumers insights
- You gained relevant experience Budget Mix, allocations & recommendations based on focused KPI’s
- You can work cross-functionally with the capability to build strong and collaborative relationships
- You have experience in consolidating all business needs to create a packages which can be easy executed and applied by markets
